How booking works.
All bookings are taken in full at the start of the engagement. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd, an FCA-authorised payment processor. The two payment methods accepted are debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and BACS Direct Debit. BACS Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee operated by Pay.UK.
There is no subscription. There is no rolling charge. There is no auto-renewal. Each engagement is a single one-off payment for a defined number of sessions.
If you change your mind within 48 hours of booking and the engagement has not yet started, the booking is fully refundable. After the engagement has begun, refunds are calculated on a session-by-session basis as set out in the Fees & Cancellation policy.
Individual sessions within an engagement may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows inside 24 hours count as a delivered session.
